Each session begins with listening — to you and to your body. This is a space created for you to slow down, feel supported, and receive bodywork that is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs.
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, support through stress or life transitions, prenatal care, or simply time to reconnect with yourself, your session is designed to meet you where you are that day. No two bodies are the same, and no two sessions should be either.
My work blends evidence-informed therapeutic techniques with a calming, nurturing presence — creating an experience that is both effective and deeply restorative. The goal is not just relaxation, but helping your body feel safer, more balanced, and better supported over time.
With over a decade of experience in massage therapy, I've thoughtfully expanded my practice to include a variety of modalities and therapeutic tools, allowing me to meet each client's body with the care and attention it truly deserves.
Every session is fully customized and includes comforting details like steamed towels, aromatherapy, warm packs, and a treatment plan designed specifically for your needs that day.
I intentionally keep my rates structured so that each session can be truly all-inclusive. This means I'm able to use whatever techniques or tools will best support your body — without asking you to choose add-ons or worry about extra fees.
I believe everyone deserves access to high-quality, compassionate care. My goal is to make bodywork feel supportive and within reach, never stressful or transactional. I would never want cost to be the reason someone hesitates to receive the care their body is asking for.
Cupping therapy is an ancient therapy that involves placing suction cups on the body. It's believed to improve blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and promote cell repair. Some people also use it to improve relaxation and well-being. Cupping is typically used alongside other treatments such as massage or physical therapy.
Pain relief: Cupping therapy may help relieve pain by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. It's often used for back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, and knee pain.
Muscle relaxation: Cupping therapy can help relax tight muscles, improve blood flow, and sedate the nervous system.
Other conditions: Cupping therapy may also help with high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, migraines, gastrointestinal disorders, depression, and chronic fatigue. A 2020 study found that cupping therapy improved fatigue symptoms and sleep conditions in people with chronic fatigue syndrome.
Muscle Repair: Activates mitochondria production within cells, leading to faster healing post injury/workout.
Mood and Sympathetic Nervous System: Naturally boosts serotonin and dopamine levels leaving you feeling renewed. While the boost in serotonin can help ease the sympathetic nervous system, helping the body to activate a rest and digest state.
Stress relief: The massage can help relieve stress and fatigue, and boost emotional and physical well-being.
Blood and Lymph Circulatory Systems: Improves circulation, leading to decreased muscle stiffness.
